Dokier reserves the right to refuse any order placed with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, the same payment card, and/or the same billing or shipping address.

If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Order Verification

For your protection, we may occasionally contact you to verify billing or shipping details before processing an order, particularly for large items such as ride-on lawn mowers.

Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment received. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
